LORING’S COMMISSIONING SERVICES GROUP ENSURES THAT EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS ARE DESIGNED, INSTALLED, AND OPERATED TO COMPLY WITH OWNERS’ PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS AND ENERGY PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
In administering commissioning projects over the past 25 years, our Commissioning Engineers use a Total Quality Management Approach, including new building commissioning, retro-commissioning, re-commissioning, and continuous commissioning where our experts work with the client’s representatives, facility engineers, final end-users, and design and construction teams to ensure that the Owners’ project requirements are fully incorporated and implemented throughout the entire planning, design, construction, and turnover process.
Loring’s Commissioning Services Group consists of Professional Engineers, LEED Accredited Professionals, Certified Building Commissioning Professionals, Certified Energy Managers, Energy Engineers, and Sustainability Specialists who successfully achieve a high level of operational and environmental performance through the integrated commissioning process.
We have completed numerous commissioning projects for large, 300,000+ SF facilities, including corporate headquarters for Fortune 100 companies, premier educational and cultural institutions, and mission-critical systems for large financial organizations. We have developed a proprietary database system that assists in the management and administration of projects and allows contractors to complete pre-functional checklists online. Loring’s comprehensive commissioning systems manual has served as a tool for building facility managers to continually commission their facilities and easily troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
