This project involved the complex infrastructure upgrade of a historic McKim, Mead & White research facility that houses Columbia University’s world-renowned Chemistry department. The mechanical and electrical infrastructure upgrades allowed for the subsequent floor-by-floor renovations while maintaining full occupancy.
