East Brunswick, New Jersey

Joseph R. Loring & Associates, Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design for "core and shell" and tenant fit-out of this mixed-use development center.  The project consisted of twin, 16 story, 320,000 gsf office towers, a 12 story, 300,000 sf hotel and associated parking structures to accommodate 2,500 cars.  The 400 room, full service hotel includes 15,000 sf of convention hall, ballrooms and prefunction areas in addition to restaurants, fitness rooms and a swimming pool.  Also included was the design of an exterior courtyard and fountains for the complex.
