130 Cedar Street Hotel, New York , NY - 165,000 sf, 400-room hotel that includes the adaptive reuse of a 12 story office building and the addition of 7 stories. The project includes a Club Room, Fitness Center, provisions for three retail tenants and a rooftop dining terrace overlooking the World Trade Center site.

Club Quarters Rockefeller Center, New York, NY –  85,000 sf, new 200-room hotel that included the adaptive reuse of an existing 7 story office building and the addition of 19 floors. The project includes a Club Room, Fitness Center, Restaurant and Outdoor Dining Terrace overlooking Rockefeller Center.

52 William Street , New York , NY - Conversion of a 100,000 sf, 22-story, office building into a 316-room hotel with meeting rooms, exercise facility and ground floor restaurant.

Club Quarters, Washington , DC - Conversion of an office building into a 150-room hotel.

Chicago Loop Club Quarters Hotel, Chicago, IL - design requirements for the design/ build conversion of two additional office floors at the Club Quarters Central Loop hotel into an additional 108 guest rooms and renovation of lobby and ground floor club room.

Club Quarters – Wacker Drive , Chicago , IL – Conversion of 10 floors of a 40-story mixed use building into full hotel occupancy.
