LORING provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and telecommunication design services for the 22-story, 375,000 sf dormitory building which includes 400 beds and 229 apartments. The apartment units range in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms. The upper floor of the facility is a banquet hall with a full service kitchen. The first floor includes a student lounge and activity center. This project also included an underground parking facility.
