Breinigsville, PA

LORING was on the successful team selected as a result of a design competition to provide design of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building automation and fire protection systems for a new laboratory and office complex including a separate maintenance and utility building as well as on-grade parking for over 1,200 cars. This 400,000 sf laboratory and office complex consists of more than 200,000 sf of research laboratories, including Class 10 Clean Rooms, over 150,000 sf of support service areas and 50,000 sf of administration office building. Design duration for this project was fourteen months.
