LORING provided mechanical,
electrical, plumbing, fire protection and telecommunication engineering
design services for a new 60,000 sf Embassy that incorporates stringent HVAC
requirements. The project also included numerous support buildings,
including a Marine guard quarters, warehouse, guard houses and a central
utilities building. The project is a design/build and of modular
construction. Project requirements included SECRET security clearances for
LORING’s personnel. Telecommunication designs included highly redundant
and available cabling infrastructures. The project followed LEED guidelines
with the intent of achieving a LEED certified project.
