LORING provided mechanical,
electrical, plumbing, fire protection, vertical transportation, building
management systems, telecommunications and security system design
development for the 90,000 square meter (900,000 sf), 38 story office
building and participated in the construction administration during the
final phase of the project. As required by Chinese law, LORING partnered
with a local Chinese architectural and engineering firm which prepared the
construction documents based upon our design.
