LORING was awarded an ID/IQ contract by the U.S. General Services Administration, Public Service, titled “Supplemental Architect-Engineer for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services.

The contract was issued by the National Capitol Region of the GSA and is applicable nationwide, and is available to all Federal Agencies.  The annual contract amount is $1.5 Million renewable for four successive years.

Despite the title referring to MEP services, the project team comprises ten (10) firms offering a complete array of services, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering, structural engineering, architecture, historic architecture, civil engineering, security, environmental, vertical transportation, and multi-media development.
