LORING provided
engineering services under several term contracts with the New York City
Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) to upgrade/replace
mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure within various
city-owned buildings throughout
Manhattan
and
Bronx,
NY.
Numerous buildings are registered with the New York City Landmarks
Commission. LORING, as the prime consultant is responsible for retaining
all subconsultants (architectural, structural, environmental, expediting,
etc.) required to provide a complete project. Work under this contract
included the following types of projects:
