Mechanical,
electrical, plumbing and
fire protection design services for the historic renovation of
an existing 16,500 sf building and a new 20,000 sf addition,
approximately 36,500 sf of total project space. The Building
will house the USGA Golf Museum Exhibits and Archives and will
include the USGA Golf Association Administrative Offices. The
Museum Exhibit Areas will include sophisticated A/V and
lighting systems and controls. The project includes a new
boiler and chiller plant to serve both the existing and new
spaces, an emergency generator and special HVAC systems
equipment, including humidification and desiccant
dehumidification equipment, that will satisfy the specific
environmental requirements of the Museum’s Exhibit and
Archive spaces.
