LORING conducted a retro-commissioning study of the building management system (BMS) at Madison Square Garden.  Study included a comprehensive review of the capabilities of the new BMS front-end, as well as the operation and efficiency of the original pneumatic and pneumatic/electric control system, which had been modified over a 30 year period.
