LORING conducted a retro-commissioning study of the existing HVAC system including controls for Filene's Basement - Store #570 located at 620 Avenue of the Americas in New York City.  The study included:

• Condition assessment of the existing 12 heat pump units serving the space.

• Air/water testing findings.

• Recommendations to correct deficiencies identified.

• Opinion of probable cost for each recommendation.
