Studebaker Building - Infrastructure Replacement
New York, NY

LORING was responsible for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design services for a complete infrastructure and fit-up renovation of this 210,000 gross square foot former automotive assembly warehouse into a modern office building.  The building functions range from administrative, such as accounting and purchasing to academic support services which require computer labs and specialty spaces to house computerized networking equipment. The project entails substantial demolition and total reconstruction within the existing building.
