LORING provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing
and fire protection and telecommunication engineering services for a 193,000
square foot educational facility. The
facility is comprised of one
Intermediate
School
and two new High Schools with a total population of 1,650 students.
The
Intermediate
School
and High Schools share common spaces such as the cafeteria, auditorium and
gymnasium. The estimated
construction cost is $65 million. This project was designed under the new
SCA design requirements.
